This Privacy Policy explains how Sex & Lover processes information when you browse the site, submit a report, contact us or interact with embedded third-party content.

1. Information we may process

Browsing and technical data: web servers and hosting infrastructure may process IP address, request time, requested URL, browser/device information, referrer and security-related logs.

Search and navigation data: search terms and page requests may be processed to provide requested features and maintain the service.

Reports: when you use Report Content, we store the submitted URL, reason, email address and details you provide so we can investigate and respond.

Contact communications: if you email us, we process your email address and message to respond and maintain an appropriate record.

2. Browser storage and cookies

The age-confirmation gate currently uses browser local storage so your browser can remember that you confirmed adult access. The administrator area uses an HTTP-only session cookie for authenticated administrators. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies should be used only when configured and, where required, after appropriate consent.

3. Third-party embeds and links

Embedded video providers and other third-party services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and referring page when their content loads. They may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies. Sex & Lover does not control those independent third-party practices.

4. Why we process information

Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing may be based on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, compliance with legal obligations, handling legal claims, or your consent for non-essential cookies and similar technologies.

5. Data retention

Content reports and related correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months after resolution, or longer where reasonably necessary for legal claims, repeat-abuse prevention or legal obligations. Administrator sessions expire after a limited period. Server and security logs are retained according to operational and hosting requirements and are not kept longer than reasonably necessary.

6. Sharing

Information may be processed by hosting, database, security, email, analytics or advertising providers that support the website, when those services are enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or to investigate unlawful activity. We do not sell personal information for money.

7. International transfers

Some service providers or content providers may process data outside your country. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, appropriate legal mechanisms should be used.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Children

Sex & Lover is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly provide the service to minors. If you believe information relating to a minor has been submitted to us, contact us immediately.
