Copyright notice and takedown process.

Sex & Lover respects intellectual-property rights and provides a process for reporting material that you believe infringes copyright. This page provides a notice process; publication of this page alone does not create or guarantee statutory safe-harbor status in any jurisdiction.
Send a copyright notice
Send notices to [email protected] or use the Report Content form. A complete notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- The exact Sex & Lover URL or other information reasonably sufficient to locate the material.
- Your name and sufficient contact information, including an email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
We may request additional information when a notice is incomplete or ambiguous. When appropriate, we may remove or disable access to a listing while the matter is reviewed.
Counter-notice
If material was disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address. It should identify the removed material and its former location, include your contact details and signature, and include the statements required by applicable law for a valid counter-notice.
Repeat abuse
Where relevant to the service, we may restrict access, remove listings or take other reasonable action in response to repeated valid infringement complaints or abuse of the reporting process.
Provider-hosted content
Many listings point to or embed content hosted by third-party providers. We may remove the listing from Sex & Lover, and rights holders may also need to contact the original hosting provider for removal of the underlying media.
